Community amenities
The Kingsmill Community Services Association maintains three recreation centers with outdoor pools, including lap pools, plus tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. Residents also have more than five miles of paved walking and biking paths, nature trails, an access trail to the James River shoreline, and a 28-acre pond for fishing and kayaking, with a fishing dock at Macaulay Mini-Park. The community has two staffed gatehouses and its own police department.
